Treasured Trees is a Social Enterprise which offers services enabling you to purchase trees and have them planted on your behalf in a town, community or neighbourhood which Treasured Trees determines will benefit from your Tree. We define this act as "Sponsorship", and provide you with the service and opportunity to gift and dedicate your product to a charities or communities around the world.
When you make a purchase from Treasured Trees you are buying a service, this service includes; purchasing a tree on your behalf, arranging a location to plant your tree, tagging your tree, planting the tree, recording your purchase in our register and maintaining the tree for a period of 2 years. This service also includes replacing the tree should it fail within 2 years.
Treasured Trees conducts social sustainability activities which support people, charities and communities in the developing world, we are not a registered charity, and do not accept donations or fundraise. We do however define ourselves as a Social Enterprise, and choose to conduct our business and distribute our income in such an a socially responsible way.
We encourage others to raise funds to purchase trees in view of our social objectives, and to encourage environmental awareness, team building and personal motivation.
Funds raised by others are not to be described or obtained as charitable donations, and care should be taken not to mislead individuals giving funds of this fact.
You may choose to purchase Trees by subscription. Subscriptions should by paid by PayPal, and can be cancelled at anytime by contacting us providing at least 7 days notice of cancellation. You may also cancel your subscription by PayPal, however we request that you also inform us should you cancel your PayPal subscription to avoide any uneccessary costs.
When you visit Treasured
Trees or send e-mails to
us, you are communicating
with us electronically.
You consent to receive communications
from us electronically.
We will communicate with
you by e-mail or by posting
notices on this site. You
agree that all agreements,
notices, disclosures and

pursuant to a shipment contract.

purposes, our Tree plantation
activities are conducted
on a seasonal basis, with
all activities being weather
dependant. In some instances
this may mean that a sponsored
tree may be planted between
2 and 6 months after sponsorship.

choose the type of tree
and its plantation location.
