We aim to despatch all
orders / certificates within
72 hours of the order being
processed, subject to the
item(s) being in stock,
and the required order information
being provided, busy periods
can however delay despatch
times, therefore please
expect delivery within a
maximum of 10 working days
of placing your order.
Orders will accepted from,
and shipped to the following

& New Zealand
If your destination is
not included on this list,
please contact us for advise
prior to placing an order.
Certificates will not be
despatched until the required
details, including the name
or recipient, occasion,
personalised message and
delivery address are provided.
Errors on certificates will
be amended free of charge
if the fault is found be
that of Treasured Trees.
Customer error will incur
a reprint and postage fee
of £3.50 GBP.
Additional copies of certificates
can be provided on request
for £3.50 GBP per
certificate.
Whilst we aim despatch certificates
within 72 hours for gift
purposes, our Tree plantation
activities are conducted
on a seasonal basis, with
all activities being weather
dependant. In some instances
this may mean that a sponsored
tree may be planted between
2 and 6 months after sponsorship.
We reserve the right to
choose the type of tree
and its plantation location.
We endeavour to maintain
a substantial level of stock
of all products, however,
If an item is out of stock,
and is likely to mean that
your order can not be delivered
within 10 working days,
you will be notified within
72 hours of ordering, and
will be offered a full refund,
or the opportunity to put
your order on back order
until the item is re-stocked.
All certificates and goods
ordered for delivery within
the UK are despatched via
Royal Mail standard 3 -
5 day delivery unless another
delivery method is requested
at the time of checkout.
International orders are
despatched by Royal Mail
airmail.
Standard delivery does
not guarantee that your
delivery will be made within
5 days of placing your order,
and also doesn’t insure
your item from postal loss
or delay.
Postage and Packaging costs
are included in the price
of each individual item.
If your order is urgent
and required for a particular
date, please seek advice
before placing the order.
You may return all items
purchased from us within
21 days, if un-opened and
in their original condition.
Items should be returned
via recorded delivery; on
receipt a full refund will
be provided.
If your certificate or goods
are damaged or faulty you
can expect a replacement
or full refund, if you receive
damaged or unsatifactory
